We’re probably going to finalize a deal with a publisher soon, and honestly, it’s been MENTALLY SO HARD to reach this point.
Voices were echoing in our heads. Should we ask for funding? Which publisher is the right one? Are we EVEN a good choice?? ARE WE A FAILURE?? Each rejection felt like a blade cutting through our hopes. (Even acceptances created stress) Su constantly felt like going crazy, while Bilge and Yusuf tried to kept her sane.
AaaGgghhHhH life is hard… Being indie is harder.
WILL THERE BE A HAPPY ENDING? 😤😤🤯
We feel like things are going in 2x speed and we cannot catch up.. We couldn’t even really focused on game itself for at least a week 😱💀🫠
We are adding a “collectibles mechanic” where you can review the items you collect explaining the lore of the world and the clues of the story. While Bilge is coding our new system, Su (it still feels weird to talk about myself in third person…) is drawing the cinematics for our game and Yusuf is recording voices for our game.
WE MISSED MAKING NEW SCENES.
Clock is ticking, time is short and life is CRAZY HARD. And there is this constant fear of CAN WE REALLY MAKE IT?
